American Mobile Kitchens LLC is a privately owned and operated corporation established in 2006 to provide mobile food service and logistics equipment in the United States. The company provides full service project management in temporary foodservice solutions attracting clients from around the world. American Mobile Kitchens LLC has been involved in numerous projects ranging from major health care projects, disaster management events, and sporting events including the 2010 Olympics. We provide logistics, mobile kitchens and support equipment across North America and the Caribbean and most recently, we provided project management consulting services and supplied and installed kitchen units for a global mining company operating in Chile and Argentina. American Mobile Kitchens LLC offers an on-site survey to evaluate the client's requirements, prepares a recommended operational food service plan, and liaises with health, fire, and building departments to insure compliance with all provincial and local codes. Following delivery, we assist contractors in the installation of the units. Expedient, low-cost installation can be anticipated, with a good planning model and site readiness for water, waste, and electrical connections. Today, American Mobile Kitchens LLC has a fleet of 32 and access to 150 mobile kitchen and support units, manufactures 35 units annually, and rents / leases between 50-70 units annually. The company currently provides mobile kitchens, mobile ware washing, mobile preparation units, mobile refrigeration / freezer units, logistics and on-site planning and management. All equipment is manufactured to specific client needs; those clients receive technical support through education, orientation and advance planning. All equipment is CSA, UL, ESA, NSF, IBC, and NFPA 96 certified. American Mobile Kitchens LLC operates with six full time staff and facilities in Maryland, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and California.  The company has the logistical capabilities to provide temporary foodservice solutions across the U.S. In fact, systems are in place with its sister company Mobile Kitchens Canada to provide immediate response – within 24 hours – to emergency relief efforts anywhere in North America.
